Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using LifeAudit India.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LifeAudit India (available at lifeauditindia.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Service Description

LifeAudit India is an AI-powered consumer safety platform that analyses everyday products — including food, personal care, household goods, clothing, water, and air quality — for potentially harmful chemical ingredients. Assessments are generated by Claude AI using published safety guidance.

All assessments are informational only. They do not constitute medical, legal, regulatory, or professional advice of any kind. LifeAudit India is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to FSSAI, IARC, EWG, ECHA, or any government body.

3. Plans and Usage Limits

LifeAudit India offers three usage tiers:

• Free (anonymous): 3 analyses, lifetime, no account required.
• Free (signed in): 10 analyses per calendar month.
• Pro: Unlimited analyses. ₹299 per month, billed monthly via Razorpay. Requires account creation and a valid payment method.

Usage limits are enforced per account. Circumventing limits through multiple accounts or automated requests is a violation of these Terms.

4. Payments and Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your selected payment method on your billing date each month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Payments already charged are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from LifeAudit India by automated means.
• Submit automated or scripted requests designed to exhaust usage limits or overload the service.
• Represent AI-generated assessments as professional medical, legal, or regulatory advice to third parties.
• Resell or redistribute LifeAudit analyses without prior written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying models or data sources.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI-generated assessments are based on declared ingredient lists and publicly available safety databases. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate if a product's ingredients are not fully declared, if data in the underlying databases is outdated, or if the product formulation has changed since it was last catalogued.

LifeAudit India is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health-related decisions. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeAudit India and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any AI-generated assessment or any other content provided through the service — including but not limited to decisions related to diet, health, purchases, or lifestyle changes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you have an account) or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of LifeAudit India after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
